Position Overview:The Customer Direct Representative - Americas is responsible for providing world-class customer experiences. The position's focus is on educating and championing DigiKey's digital initiatives to proactively meet customer needs and optimize operations to enable customer, team, and company success.
This role is based in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. It will require a minimum of two days per week in the office and availability for projects in the office as needed.Responsibilities:

In our Maintenance Specialist role, you will work with the Service team to help prepare new apartment homes for our residents. You will be assisting in routine repairs of building systems and completing service requests. Must be available for on-call work (possible evening, weekend, and overnight calls) via a rotating schedule.
Valid driver's license.
