Be a resource for team members and management

Conduct flat rate time studies and review warranty flat rate manuals.

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the go-to liaison between our customers and The Lindgren Group. Youll work closely with our sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure every request is handled with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely billing; reconcile sales orders and invoices
Provide support to outside sales reps with customer updates, quality issues, and new opportunities.
Partner with internal teams on special handling or shipping requirements.
Research and resolve customer credits and complaints.
Cross-train in order entry, shipping, quoting, and expediting.

What We're Looking For
