Customer Service Representative Supervisor oversees a staff of customer service representatives who attend to customers' requests by phone, e-mail, or chat. He/She schedules and monitors the daily activities of customer service operations to ensure the set service volume and quality levels are achieved. He/She trains and coaches staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices. Additionally, he/she identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions. Furthermore, he/she monitors and evaluates staff performance. Also, he/she may provide direct customer support for complex issues.

Primarily, you need a high school diploma or its equivalent for this job. However, some employers prefer a bachelor's degree. You must have at least two years of work experience in a similar job.
