Maintain a specific amount of customer touch points each day through emails and/or calls received and/or sent. Investigate and resolve customer complaints. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. Provide regular reports on online sales performance to senior management. Ensure parts listed on the website are accurately portrayed with photos and descriptions according to Housby's standards. Will assist with shipping and receiving of parts, along with taking care of walk-in customers, as needed. Maintain and create good customer relationships, internal and external. Must have knowledge and ability to view and understand parts manuals for parts research. Participate in job-related training and development. Maintain a professional image at all times. Expected to follow the Company's safety rules and safety policies. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Previous Inside Sales experience required. Used parts experience within Heavy Duty industry highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM platforms. Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to interpret customer needs. Effective oral communication over the phone and in person. Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of material.
