Job Essential Duties:
* Quickly establishes a rapport and relationship with customers.

* Promotes marketing efforts provided by Management.
* Provides parts recommendations including alternatives that meet customers' needs.

* Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
* Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to the Parts Manager
* Assists in keeping the Parts Department clean and orderly.
* Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to Teamwork and exemplary customer service.
* Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
* Safely operates a forklift and other related equipment as needed.
* Executes other duties as assigned by management.

The Maintenance Representative is experienced in the proper maintenance, repair, and support for the refill station structure, equipment, and surrounding property. Tasks include, but are not limited to general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.
