Since our purchase process is entirely online, meeting you to pick up the vehicle they are selling to us will likely be the first time a customer has met one of our employees face-to-face. Responsibilities + Deliver a uniquely special experience to each and every customer, embodying the spirit of our brand. + Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in our customer tracking system. + Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with our CMV Driver Qualification policy. + Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary. + Drive a company-owned car to approximately 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes. + Greet customers, evaluate the car they are selling, and facilitate paperwork on an iPad. + Coordinate the tow to pick up the car from the customer's home and proceed to the next appointment.
