Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Applied experience in polyurethane/polyurea products, equipment, and applications. Knowledge of equipment operations, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination. Proactive problem-solving and ability to make fast, sound decisions in dynamic environments. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
