Comply with all department Security, company policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with federal, state and Bank Secrecy Act regulatory requirements. Background and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, and 1-3 years Teller/customer service experience. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write reports, and speak clearly to customers and employees. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Cash handling experience preferred. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Associate's degree preferred, with 2-4 years of related experience-ideally in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
