PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES & DUTIES: The ISG R4 (Region 4) support team provides front-line technical support/information/solutions to dealers and customers on Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG)product related inquiries, issues, and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. Technicians provide support via multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat) while effectively documenting each interaction within our case management system. Technicians also create and maintain support tools/solutions available online. A few of the 80+ products supported by this support team:
/Website-Dashboard, JDLink, Operations Center, Apex Farm Management, Stellar Support, Mobile Apps, GreenStar Displays, StarFire Receivers, JDLink Terminals, AutoTrac and machine guidance.
This position will not be extended beyond the current end date. To help with recruitment, the managers have agreed to offer a retention bonus at 3 months of employment and an additional bonus after successful completion of assignment. These will be $1,000 each.*

JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Relationship Lead serves as our primary point of contact between this department and the Customer Service Manager. Through gaining a thorough understanding of the area requirements, time frames, flow and personnel, they ensure our clients will have correct samples logged in the system and supplies on hand to sample. Maintain sample storage areas.
Coordinate communications and actions between internal departments/functions.
Monitor the area flow and adjust if needed to meet all analytical hold times and outbound shipping deadlines.
Work with CS personnel on both daily and quarterly shipping orders.
Work with CS manager on supply inventory and ordering.
Work with Field Service personnel on courier routes and turn coolers.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field of study; Technical understanding of Food and/or Environmental Testing requirements.
Food and/or Environmental Testing Laboratory Experience is strongly desired.
Client service or QA experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both laboratory staff and non-technical individuals.
Exceptional ability to work with others to troubleshoot and solve problems and delegate tasks when necessary.
Familiarity with the regulatory testing requirements within the industry (i.e.; FDA; EPA).

Job Description
The Service Center Supervisor (SCS) manages the service center and acts as a liaison between the laboratory and the local client base. The SCS is in charge of maintaining the Service Center facility, supervising service center couriers, and other personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Local area primary client representative for service center location.
Works with the Quality Assurance Manager and Account Executives to evaluate and establish project requirements for the service center area.
Ensures client complaints are handled professionally, and resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain records for the vehicle maintenance and driving miles; reporting it in at the end of each month.
Supervising service center couriers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, preparing bottle orders, and shipping samples to the designated laboratory for analysis.
Works closely with laboratory management in laboratory capacity loading decisions.
Maintains the facilities at the service center and is responsible for all EH&S policies of Eurofins Environment Testing at the service center.
Provides general sales support to Account Executives for business development activities started in the field.
Orders supplies (bottles, coolers, etc.) for the service center
Maintains knowledge of method requirements, holding times, and bottle requirements in order to assist clients with their project needs.
Maintains knowledge of all Eurofins Environment Testing laboratories to assist with placement of projects into the appropriate laboratory to best fit the clients' needs.
Builds local relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
Visits clients on own or with local sales staff.
Provides courier services as needed to support local client needs
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma Required, BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences Preferred
