The Opportunity
The CustomerService Specialist contributes to the profitability of the Ally Insurance Team. The Specialist provides policy assistance and claim inquiry support on GAP and vehicle service contract program and other insurance programs (Tire - Wheel, etc.) to dealers, repair facilities, retail customers and financial institutions.
The Work Itself
Efficiently connect with the caller to acquire pertinent information to resolve GAP and vehicle service contract inquires.
Assist customers with their policy and claim questions and concerns and provide a resolution.
Document customer interactions and decisions made.
Go the extra mile to engage the customer to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Communicate information successfully, keep appropriate parties advised.
Follow all internal, state and UDAAP guidelines.
Have a focus on quality.
This is an entry level hybrid role - 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
The Skills You Bring

The Customer Experience team is responsible for partnering both internally and externally, including sales and commercial team along with key stakeholders at large health systems, to design and execute solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred:

A Financial Service Representative answers back-to-back calls and typically handles 10-12 calls per hour. You will also provide Product and Service Education to members/customers, as it relates to our Clients and have the opportunity to learn additional skills by cross-training within or outside of your department based on performance and/or business need.
