As the customer service representative of the warehouse, you will serve as the communicative medium between the warehouse and its customers. Your duty is to listen to customers' queries and complaints and refer them to the appropriate channels to provide them with assistance or provide a direct solution for their issue.
Your role as a customer service representative may also be extended to providing your customers with information about products and taking bulk orders. You can, thus, expect to work in an office environment on weekdays for up to 40 hours per week. In some cases, you may work on weekends and public holidays to provide extra support to customer queries.
