EdgeCore is hiring a Client Solutions Partner to own a hyperscale client relationship end-to-end. You'll be the bridge between operations, construction, engineering, and security teams - translating technical complexity into clear executive communication and ensuring a world-class client experience at our Reno campus. Your Experience and Qualifications
3-5 years hands-on data center operations experience, including power, cooling and controls systems.
3+ years managing hyperscale or enterprise client relationships in technical capacity.
Skilled in building trust and managing relationships across field technicians, clients, and executive stakeholders; adept at reading people, adapting communication, and de-escalating conflict.
Proven ability to stay calm and effective under pressure with an ownership mindset in dynamic environments.
Proficient in interpreting single-line diagrams across electrical, mechanical, controls, security, fire/life safety, and telecom systems.
Strong understanding of N+1 redundancy, EPMS/BMS/DCIM data, and data center power, cooling, and controls fundamentals.
Experience with interval meter data, capacity analysis, and load forecasting across multiple facilities.

What We Offer

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Serve as an escalation point to facilitate the resolution of unexpected issues. Develop and communicate risk management plans as needed to ensure successful implementation outcomes. The Role
As a CustomerSuccessManager, you are at the front-lines of our business, leading the charge in building transformational relationships with our valued customers. In this role, you work to improve the Customer Experience for assigned accounts. You have the primary responsibility of developing and nurturing business and technical relationships with each of those customers, acting as their go-to advisor for removing blockers and optimizing the use of GeoComply's products and services to drive business results. You also act as a key connection point between the customer and GeoComply, communicating customer feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to drive product innovation, operational improvements and continued customer centricity.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and sustain business and technical relationships with customers to ensure long-term success through delivering value via our solutions.
* Act as the main point of contact and establish a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders.
* Continuously monitor customer health metrics, conducting regular check-ins, business reviews, and reporting.
* Drive integrations and lead efforts to onboard new clients and handle aspects such as training, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.
* Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer experience improvements and business growth.
* Coordinate all stakeholders to achieve customer goals and best performance metrics to deliver value.
* Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and coordinate with sales, product, and support teams.
* Proactively take ownership of customer issues and requests, removing blockers, leading troubleshooting and communicating solutions back to stakeholders.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Identify and manage at-risk accounts and develop churn prevention strategies.
* Assist in the renewal process and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Conduct and lead customer training after new product features are released or new products are offered.
* Conduct analytics to monitor the success and performance of implemented solutions.
* Prepare and coordinate Business Reviews to actively solve customer problems and ensure that they are maximizing their integration with GeoComply.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, technologies and systems, processes and overall business requirements, the customer's structure and use cases, and their laws/regulations and restrictions; continuously interact with colleagues, customers and regulatory bodies.
* Lead project management initiatives to facilitate seamless transitions for customers, including migrating customers from one environment to another and guiding customers through the process of rectifying technical issues stemming from integration errors.
* Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the company consistent with your position.
Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in CustomerSuccess, Account Management, or related customer-facing role
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong business and technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex business and customer requirements, prioritizing issues and escalating as required
* Ability to analyze data and identify trends
* Experience preparing and presenting reports, data analyses and presentations

* Works with Client Managers in the ESPI Programs Division to efficiently and effectively service clients.

* Process Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, order loss runs and other items related to the servicing of client accounts in a timely and accurate manner;

Marketing

COMPENSATION:
The national average hourly rate for this role is $25.64 - $33.33 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.

The Role

The Client Success Agent is focused on providing exceptional voice support in an unscripted environment for our clients who are enrolled in our debt settlement program. A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls discussing complex financial situations while maintaining accurate account documentation and building positive rapport with our client base. This position has an expected start date of 2/9/2026. This is a full-time remote role. We are currently hiring for positions in AZ, FL, GA, MI, NC, NV, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, and UT.
We are seeking individuals who are available for the following 8 hour shift scheduling options:
Monday through Friday with shift schedules in Pacific Time: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday through Thursday with shift schedules in Pacific Time: 6 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Responsibilities
Utilize client relationship management software (Salesforce) to facilitate the process of responding to customer calls and addressing customer concerns
Resolve client inquiries, complex scenarios, and program concerns in high stress environments with empathy, confidence, subject matter knowledge, and relationship building skills to deliver a positive, solution-focused experience
Document client discussions clearly and concisely
Present settlement proposals to clients for approval
Responsible for guiding the client's discussions with next steps to progress towards their financial goals
Escalate and direct clients to leadership and other departments as needed
Assist clients that may have creditors seeking legal action, providing guidance through the process
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years' customer service or relationship-based support role experience required
Financial or banking organization experience preferred
Support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress using empathy and active listening skills
Strong working knowledge of client service processes, using an internal knowledge base, and providing a positive client experience
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accurate, transparent, and solution-focused communication with clients
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain professional, confident, and patient when faced with complex problems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office

Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
