THE ROLE
Job Overview:
Responsibilities are to be accountable for the overall implementation of the Customer Care Experience with the Woodside Customer. Ensure timely response to all warranty concerns and have a passion for excelling in customer satisfaction. Passion for delivering service levels above customer expectations is a must.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Organizes and prioritizes written lists of warrantable items to be completed.
Works closely with Sales, Purchasing and Construction Teams to ensure the timely and comprehensive follow-up to homeowner specifications and concerns.
Manages warranty cost controls by having a complete knowledge of all scopes of work.
Manages trade accountability, defines Woodside Homes warranty standards for buyers and works with Construction Superintendent on the delivery of completed homes.
Responsible for scheduling subcontractors to make corrections and supervising work of subcontractors.
Verifies work progress and completion of assigned vendor tasks.
Responsible for following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction of warranty preservations.
Assigns accountability for expenses/back charges as based on detailed inspection of work and compliance with Woodside policies and procedures.
Candidates Will Need to Meet the Following Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of five years of customer service or construction experience.
Superior verbal communication skills.
Highly adaptable and extremely quick thinking on their feet.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Outgoing, professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
Computer literacy and an understanding of accounts management tool like JDE, Hyphen or equivalent will be highly regarded.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer - facing role: with achievements in customer satisfaction metrics.

As a Customer Retention Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the continued stability and growth of our organization, by serving as a front-line representative of the Cox brand.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
• Receive inbound retention calls from current customers, for sales and revenue generation, in a high-intensity call center environment.
• Utilize proactive persuasive/retention skills to turn requests for disconnection or downgrade into sales and save opportunities by identifying customer needs.
• Achieve monthly key performance metrics, call and order entry productivity standards, and call quality performance through utilization of persuasive skills, defined call flow structure, and adherence to provided schedule.
• Educate customers on active product features, service offerings, billing, charges, and product value.
• Understand and promote current marketing campaigns in order to sell to or save customers accurately and effectively.
• Increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling video, HSI, wireless, and telephony services to existing customers.
• Research and review competitive pricing and service offerings in order to provide competitive price and product comparisons based on customer needs.
• Responsible for utilizing multiple customer databases to access, change or input account information for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service, troubleshoot and resolve service and minor technical problems for customers by asking appropriate questions.
• Creatively negotiate pricing and bundling by making offers of credits and/or discounts according to Company guidelines.
• Complete installation, disconnect, transfer and seasonal downgrade orders and update customer accounts utilizing customer record database.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum
• HS diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Reservations & Experience
* Manage inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for dining reservations, modifications, and special requests through SevenRooms or similar platforms.
