The Parenting Call Specialist provides telehealth support for parents and families, as well as resources, care coordination, patient support in maintaining housing, basic needs, and independent living skills, and crisis intervention. Works as a part of the Mental Health Team and in close collaboration with the Child and Family Team, NARA's Housing Services, medical services, and other NARA programs.
