The ASSURE Inventory Service Associate is a temporary contractor role and conducts patient field retrieval activities in support of the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team. The ISA will perform inventory management and courier inventory from the warehouse in Cuero, TX to fittings in and around the San Antonio area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
Conduct inventory management services which will include cycle counts.
Move inventory around in the Texas area to get the needed inventory to the sites for the fittings at hospitals, patient homes and clinics as necessary.
Accept assignments as necessary, which could include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
Travel to patient homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services which may or may not include travel to high-risk areas.

Review and transmit essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the Assure garment and WCD system.

Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra preferred shipping partner(s).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
You must be 16 years of age or older.
General job duties for all store team members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
