You will be responsible for filing and maintaining all documentation required by US Customs and Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) while also acting as a point of contact for Sales and their customers to ensure timely coordination of customs clearance, regulatory compliance and delivering a quality customer experience.

What you'll be doing:
Work with customers and internal team members to deliver a high quality customer experience
Review, file, audit and process all customs documents
Coordinate the release of goods with carriers, CBP, and other governmental agencies as required

This is a rotational position in Bethel, AK. The rotation schedule will be 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. Lodging and three meals per day provided. The point of hire origin is Anchorage, AK.
Responsibilities
* Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
* Clean and return rooms to a vacant ready status and/or an occupied clean status.
* Cleaning includes lighting fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows and window coverings, floor and carpets and bathroom.
* Replenish guest supplies and amenities as required.
* Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage areas.
* Report any material discrepancies beyond the scope of the Housekeeping Department to the Housekeeping Manager or Maintenance Department.
* Assist in maintaining other areas of the hotel in a clean and orderly condition
* Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately.
* Become a self-inspector by maintaining assigned guest room at a 90% or above rating.
* Assist in the general cleaning and carpet care program by changing bedspreads, blankets, and mattress pads, and spot cleaning carpets.
* Wear proper uniform at all times as specified in the associate handbook.
* Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the associate handbook.
* Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit's success also may be assigned.
Qualifications
* The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
* Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

* High School Diploma or GED.
* Six (6) months of hospitality industry or related experience which evidences some suitability for this type of work.

Position Summary:
The CustomsBrokerage Coordinator supports the customsbrokerage team by playing a vital role in ensuring smooth import operations through the accurate and compliant processing of customs entries. This role requires regular interaction with clients, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and internal departments to deliver efficient and reliable service. Success in this position is defined by maintaining accuracy, meeting performance KPIs, and continuously developing expertise in customsbrokerage best practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Prepare and process customs entries for inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) and Partner Government Agency (PGA) regulations.
* Review and verify shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and other required forms.
* Maintain communication with clients to provide release updates and address inquiries.
* Problem-solve and coordinate with importers, CBP, PGAs to address shipment holds, exams, and other clearance related issues.
* Collaborate with internal departments, including Compliance, Transportation and Operations, to ensure timely resolution of shipment issues and adherence to company standards.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Compliance Analyst for a 90-day contract to support our import/export compliance operations. In this role, you will ensure adherence to U.S., Canadian, and other applicable customs laws and regulations while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Assist with product classification using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) and Canada, referencing GRI's, Binding Rulings, Explanatory Notes, and other established Customs resources.
Support ISA, C-TPAT, PIP, and Fish & Wildlife program maintenance, including validations, vendor questionnaires, certifications, reporting, and training.
Conduct audits of customs data, including shipments, valuations, and compliance accuracy.
Assist in preparing drawback claims and ensure compliance with Signet's Customs Compliance Manual, Desktop Procedures, and C-TPAT Manual.
Participate in special projects as assigned by the Director of Import & Export Compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
