  • Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Coordinating with management on course of action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Contacting customers to inquire of their payment status.
  • Update account status and web-based system daily. All correspondence should be documented.
  • Follow the Company guidelines for collection procedures i.e. liens, collection agency, follow up.
  • Use templates given for written communication with customers and homeowners.
  • Answer phone by the 3rd ring.
  • Assess customer’s situation, accurately gather customer information, quote customer based on situation and input information into web-based system.
