Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize a diverse workload of general accounts.
Prepare customs entries, including FDA, DOT, FWL, and other government agency declarations.
Classification of shipments and preparation of entry documentation within 48 hours of document receipt.
Prioritization of shipments, entry transmission, and related follow-up.
Respond to internal and external requests from supporting internal business units, clients, vendors, CBP, and other government agencies in a timely manner.
Enter shipment and billing information into operational systems (CargoWise One).
Assist with payment requests and customer billing as needed.
Utilize daily workflow reports.

JOB SUMMARY
The Entry Writer will coordinate all documents required by US Customs for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers. Will perform high volume of customs clearance processes and provide dedicated customer service with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs audit and review on all assigned brokerage files and payments to customs
Properly classifies the commercial invoices using the US Tariff Book and CROSS as a reference tool
Performs data entry of import AMS information and HTS# - Including transmission to US Customs
Prepares entry documentation including 7501 and 3461
Specializes in remote location filing
Assists with maintaining compliance measures for import operation - Maintain document compliance
Ensures that proper documentation and procedures are maintained in accordance with U.S. Customs standards
Assists and answers customer inquiries and other related customer service functions
Arranges both delivery and the invoicing of the import account for services rendered

Responsibilities
Assisting in the development of documentation, specifications and enhancements for the AQMetrics risk and regulatory platform
Onboarding new customers to the AQMetrics platform, including data mapping, data onboarding and product training
Mapping of customer data sources to the AQMetrics data interface
Monitoring ongoing changes to existing and emerging regulatory requirements, constantly improving our regulatory reporting knowledge base
Assisting customers with their Financial Reporting requirements, in particular reporting to the Central Bank of Ireland
Preparing and reviewing customer global regulatory reports, including AIFMD, Form PF, CPO-PQR, MiFID II and various other SEC filing obligations.
Ensuring an efficient, streamlined, high quality filing process for AQMetrics customers
Providing exceptional service to our customers by responding to queries in a professional manner
Working closely with our product engineering team to provide customer feedback on the AQMetrics solution to ensure our product continues to be enhanced

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in customs compliance, international logistics, or trade operations.
Knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations, HTS classification, and Incoterms.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary CH Robinson customs representative for your customer account base, ensuring prompt response to customer inquiries and follow through on issues until resolution to customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate mastery with respect to the customs brokerage products' standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices.
Direct ownership of Customer Standard Operating Procedures and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) databases for customer account base to ensure full compliance of CBP and customer requirements.
Begin to develop the skill to serve as a custom's trusted advisor, transitioning from the day-to-day data entry fundamentals to true customs brokerage account management of your clients.
Analyze and validate import documentation and data to ensure they are in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations prior to entry submission to U.S Customs and Partner Government Agencies (PGA).
Adhere to a high level of operational excellence internally and externally, with respect to on-time performance, accuracy, and customer service.
Required Qualifications:
High school degree or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customs entry-writing experience

Compensation Range

Responsibilities
* Disposes of trash in assigned receptacles.
* Cleans various carts and trash receptacles.
* Stocks storage areas with incoming products.
* Washes objects by hand or with cleaning equipment.
* Cleans dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc. and places in assigned storage areas in an organized and orderly manner.
