POSITION SUMMARY
The Plant Shipping and Receiving Operator is responsible for safely loading outbound rail cars and trucks and unloading inbound deliveries while ensuring the product meets quality and quantity specifications, applying our client's core values, practicing effective communications, providing superior customer service, and representing our client's Processing as the choice for all growers in the purchasing area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Gain Processing & Quality Assurance
Fully understand delivery and loading plan.
Probe, take samples, make sure product quality meets contract requirement.
Unload/loading trucks, print and enter scale tickets.
Update inventory log.
Spot, clean, and load railcars.
Keep unload/ shipped product samples.
Plant Operations, Safety & Upkeep:
Follow the cleaning schedule set by operators.
Conduct change over.
Read prior shift report.
Conduct regular quality checks and document in the shift log.
Report any equipment deficiency and mechanical issues immediately to the lead operator on shift.
Clean the office, and plant employee area daily.
Clean the external surfaces surrounding the plant, receiving, and shipping areas as well as truck scale and rail track surroundings when possible.
Always wear the required personal protective equipment in designated areas, as directed.
Always follow all safety procedures including lockout tag out hot work permit.
Assist during routine inspections and maintenance.
Being proactive in all maintenance applications including operations of Forklift, telehandler, tractor and semi truck where needed.
Ensure visiting contractors sign in on the contractor log.
Teamwork & Grower Relations:
Work proactively with the team on receiving deliveries, shipping products, and communicating key
information.
Share knowledge with our client's Processing team members and provide constructive feedback.
Inform the team of any issues or any issues around quality or that would affect the operations immediately.
Provide quality customer service to growers and truck drivers and promote our client's Processing brand in any interactions with customers on site.
Qualifications
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Proficient with routine equipment maintenance; greasing equipment, checking belts, assisting fellow operators.
Certification to operate Forklifts, Tractor and Telehandler would be an asset.
Grain cleaning experience is an asset.
Experience with agriculture, farm equipment and a mechanical aptitude is preferred.
Previous elevators experience an asset.
Excellent internal and external customer service.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to work individually and as part of a team.

About Our Driver Positions
We employ CDL Hazmat Drivers who are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering Gasoline, Diesel, Aviation Gas, Jet Fuel, Propane, and/or Lubricants to convenience stores, airports, industrial, commercial, and/or residential customers, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image as part of the company team.
These positions report to our Shelby, Montana location, focusing on the following key responsibilities:
Operate various types of delivery trucks and vehicles safely and efficiently. May operate other kinds of equipment such as boom trucks, as required.
Accurately load and unload products for quality control and product integrity.
Prepare driver logs, pre and post trip forms, customer invoices, cargo documents, and other paperwork completely, accurately, and legibly to assure product quality.
Maintain high standards of courtesy and respect for all customers and fellow employees.
Maintain high company image standards for self. Personal appearance must be neat and well groomed. Uniforms must be clean, and trucks must be kept clean, both inside and outside.
Arrange for routine truck maintenance and repair with supervisor in accordance with service intervals specified in the operations manual. Perform minor maintenance functions as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Current Class A CDL with hazardous material, tanker, and airbrake endorsements or the ability to obtain. May also require doubles endorsement.
Strong customer service skills.
Must pass a drug test, reference check, background check and motor vehicle records check before hire when driving hazardous materials.
Must have basic knowledge of and comply with all DOT industry and company safety regulations.
Ability to properly install tire chains in snowy, icy, and muddy conditions.
Willing to work long hours to meet customer needs.
Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule once fully trained.

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. Our ideal candidate must:
Be at least 21 years old
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related)
Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance is achieved
