From 2004 to 2011, he served as President of The North Face. Steve began his VF career with The North Facein 1999 and shortly afterward was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he worked to reshape the business' sales organization, product and marketing strategies, and go-to-market model. Before joining The North Face,Steve held leading sales management roles at Youngone Corporation and at W.L. Gore and Associates.
