Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to closing the sale, within the assigned territory for the Golf channel of business for Cutter & Buck. The Outside Sales Representative works with internal support staff to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long term goals in line with the Company's vision and values. The ideal candidate for the Outside Sales Representative position is an energetic seller that is willing and able to accelerate growth and distribution in an established business. The successful candidate will have an eagerness to continuously improve our service to our customers. Preferably would like the candidate to live in Georgia to best service territory.
Essential Functions:
Travel consistently within the assigned territory as a representative of Cutter & Buck to professionally promote C&B products and services to new and existing accounts.
Focus on new account acquisition in the territory while maintaining existing relationships.
Develop proper relations and rapport with existing account base within the territory in order to maximize sales results.
Initiate regular in person and electronic contact with assigned accounts regarding any opportunities to maximize their business with Cutter & Buck.
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory.
Partners with Customer Service, Embroidery Development, and Sales Operations to meet customer demands.
Participates at regional industry tradeshows including organizing peripheral training or entertainment events.
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Responsible for managing expenses and submitting reports in the manner prescribed by the company.

* Maneuver trailers safely in and out of docks on the Winder Distribution Campus to prevent injury to oneself or others, particularly lift truck drivers.
* Ensure that correct trailers are spotted into correct dock doors for loading.
* Ensure that trailers are clean and free of debris before placing at dock, and floor boards are in safe condition after docking.
* Ensure that trailers are chocked properly to ensure safe forklift operation conditions in the trailers.
* Ensure cargo is loaded appropriately for safe transit and trailers are sealed.
* Ensure trailers are not pulled away from docks until properly cleared by Management for removal.
* Inspect, report and repair maintenance, cleanliness, safety malfunctions or damage of equipment under Winder Distribution Campus control.
* Perform miscellaneous service duties on equipment on a daily basis such as oil level checks, tire pressure, fuel supply, general cleanliness, etc. and required tractor pre-trip safety inspections.
* Complete appropriate work records indicating compliance with all required regulations such as Hours of Service Regulations, shipment paperwork, etc.
* Notifiy Winder Distribution Campus Management of yard conditions requiring necessary action such as snow removal, sweeping, sanding, etc.
* Perform yard check of all trailers in drop yards and docks.
* Understand and prepare fuel reports.
* Ensure proper fueling of yard tractor equipment, as needed, along with reporting and clean-up of any fuel spills.
* Receive and stock inbound merchandise from vendors, meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
* Provide suggestions on improving operational flows.
* Operate electric pallet jacks; stand up reach trucks, order pickers, dock stockers and other manual equipment when assigned.
* Pick, Pack and Ship orders accurately within scheduled time frame.
