Debone Cutter FULL-TIME
$20.95/hr, plus $1500 new hire bonus, see details below
$16.95 starting pay with additional $4/hour Perfect Attendance Incentive. Each week, if you work every day that you're scheduled for your full shift, you'll receive $4 more an hour for each hour you work.
SUMMARY: Cut shoulder and wings from front halves
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: including the following. Other duties may be assigned. While performing this duty employee makes a cut to the shoulder, pulls the breast meat half way down and removes the wing.

Job Description

* Work from written and verbal instructions
* Fully capable of maintaining production rates for 8 hours of 200 Cuts Per Hour (CPH) on Capital and 290 CPH on Unimax for first cutting. Maintains production rates for 8 hours of 140 CPH on Capital when second cutting
* Program the cutter
* Operate the cutter to make precise cuts as needed
* Perform regular preventive maintenance on cutter
* Exercise proper care of tools, equipment, and materials
* Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations
* Perform other duties as assigned or directed

EDUCATION:

* High school diploma / GED equivalent

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have good mechanical skills
* Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
* Must be open to working overtime as needed
* Must be able to work in a highly physical job
* Must have an eye for detail/quality
* Must be willing to work various different jobs as required
* Must have good math skills
* Must be a team player
* Previous experience operating machinery preferred
