This clinical role focuses on patient safety, timely medical intervention, interdisciplinary collaboration, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a structured treatment environment. The Staff Nurse (LPN) serves as a key member of the clinical team, supporting medical providers, Registered Nurses, nursing leadership, and treatment staff while maintaining documentation accuracy, ethical standards, and accreditation readiness.
