Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service. Always keeps negotiable items secure and maintains a high level of safety for the Bank.
Must be familiar with, and in compliance with, all banking regulations as applicable.
Answer customer questions when necessary, always using the opportunities to cross-sell other bank services.
Processes any of the following:
Incoming mail, courier, ATM, Night Drop and payments
Treasury tax (TT&L) and loan payments
Signature cards
Transfers
Performs miscellaneous duties requested by a supervisor relating to the Bank and its functions.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Applications Support Analyst position is charged with responding, resolving, and fulfilling internal Bank system support issues and requests. GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for the creation of in-depth analyses of bank CRA performance, including recommendations on how to improve performance - lending, investments, and services. Acts as a backup for other department positions when others are out of the office. Represents the Bank at various community events and fundraisers, acts as a champion for the CRA team at internal meetings and/or events. Assist with participating in CRA service activities and other assignments that contribute to the implementation and maintenance of an effective CRA Compliance Program for the Bank.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Acts as a backup for other department positions when others are out of the office (Analysts and Assistant Manager) when needed.
Perform secondary reviews and ensure accuracy of CRA data as necessary for the three CRA performance tests.
Ensure that all department policies and procedures are updated in a timely manner.
Represent the Bank and CRA team at various community events and bank sponsored events.
Along with the SVP, Director of Community Development, be actively involved in the annual Risk Control Self-Assessment.
Monitor reports and prepare quarterly performance analysis, annual self-assessment, strategic plan, and annual loan goals. This documentation will be presented by the SVP, Director of Community Development at the Risk & Compliance Committee, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control Committee meetings.
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of meeting materials for the Community Advisory Committee meetings. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for these meetings as well as be a regular attendee at these meetings.
Take a very active role in the implementation of various special projects that will positively impact the CRA program, such as the Dodd Frank Section 1071, and changes to CRA regulations.
Perform other special projects, as assigned by the SVP, Director of Community Development to include but not limited to the declined small business loan referral program and Supplier Diversity.
Maintain current information for the Intranet, Public File, Bulletin, forms and charts.
Assist with CRA activity performance tracking in other areas as needed.
Complete assigned training courses in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree is preferable in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience: Minimum of three years of banking experience. Some working knowledge of accounting or loan underwriting. CRA knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of CRA software and SharePoint preferred.
Skills/Ability: Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office products. Takes initiative, works independently with minimal supervision, and consistently meets deliverable dates. The nCino Business Systems Analyst has a crucial role in supporting the bank's utilization and adoption of the nCino application system. Under some supervision and following established policies and department procedures, responsible for closing Business Banking Group various loan types and providing support to assigned Loan Officers in processing deals, client service, and loan/covenant monitoring.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Incumbent is responsible for performing imaging functions in a production environment. This process would include filing, packaging, shipping, cataloging, scanning, indexing and other imaging related functions. Incumbent is required to meet the minimum processing volumes and quality standards established by management. These standards are reflected in the Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the identified documentation, for example: Branch Signature Cards are scanned within one business day of receipt. Management may modify those standards in support of the various and diverse documents presented for imaging.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform the following production activities to meet productivity standards:
Resolve problems regarding corrections, missing information and clarification of requests.
Receipt and imaging of documents received from the branches such as signature cards, POA and other identified documentation in accordance with approved SLA's.
Receipt and tracking of newly booked loan files from the lending units ensuring that all credit and loan document files are imaged in accordance with approved SLA's.
Prepare documents for imaging.
Scan and index documents.
Perform Quality Control process (Call Back Verification) that includes but is not limited to image quality, accuracy of image, and accuracy of indexing of documents as backup.
Upload imaged documents received from lending units, branches, and other departments to FCM according to each document type.
Merge files when necessary.
Track and log volume of incoming request types daily.
Manage incoming volume on departments shared drive daily and index misc. documents.
Create folders for new loans and label according as new loan documents are received, ensuring all original loan docs are indexed correctly and quality control has been performed.
Send confirmation to branches once the request is complete and the quality control review has been completed.
Pack and label completed indexed documents in secure area to be securely filed.
Responsible for new loan legal document tracking and indexing as received by the mortgage dept.
Process requests and inquiries from the Imaging Email Box or Imaging Share Drive, such as merge files, set up new folders in loan files, review documents to ensure information is correct and data fields are appropriately checked, index miscellaneous documents for special request, and manage incoming volume on departments shared drive daily and index misc. documents.
Assist with special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: Prior office experience including filing. General knowledge of loan documentation or deposit documentation desired.
Skills/Ability: Attention to detail and perform to a high level of accuracy. PC proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work in a repetitive high volume production environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has supervisory responsibilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another related field of study is required.
10 or more years of work experience in related areas associated with treasury management, including 5 or more years in banking.
3 or more years of experience managing staff of at least 2 employees.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience working with a Bloomberg Terminal, as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel software.

Salary Range: $191,292.00 To $286,938.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
