This position serves as the Manager of Pipeline Safety within the Asset Integrity organization, responsible for managing a team that provides technical and regulatory support to ensure the safe and compliant operation of Boardwalk Pipelines' assets. Provide assistance to various BWP departments with product information, pricing, special analyses and other items as may be requested, as a result of the acquisition and distribution of pertinent new information gained from vendors or other sources, to compliment our total company effort.
This position may be required to assist in the sale of retired vehicles and other surplus equipment to employees, as well as outside bidders through competitive bidding or direct negotiations, as appropriate, to yield the maximum return on material or equipment no long required for BWP operations.

Maintain vendor contacts, handle adjustments for replacement of substandard materials or purchase order pricing errors, and execute follow-up procedures to expedite or coordinate deliveries.
Facilitate the resolution of disputes and claims.
Address all Sarbanes-Oxley documentation requirements for qualifying transactions.
Pursue proactive measures (e.g. establishing, monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to anticipate and minimize performance issues.

Employee Disclosures and Conduct Compliance:
Support conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, travel and expense review processes, performing reviews and escalations in a timely manner.
Support assessments of Compliance and Ethics Programs, such as, but not limited to Policy, Awareness, Monitoring/Metrics, Reporting, etc.
Support activities related to disseminating risk assessment results and supporting targeted initiatives designed to manage identified risks.
Support compliance/assurance testing of internal compliance procedures, document results, and assist in the development of assurance reports to support continuous improvement of compliance procedures.
Policy Management:
Contribute to the development and administration of compliance-related policies, standards, and procedures.
Assist in maintain workflows for document review and approval.
Support technical editing and coordination of policy content.
Training: (Education, Communication and Awareness)
Assist in the coordination and communication of the Cheniere Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other compliance training programs.
Prepare training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides.
Track training participation, maintain completion statistics, and support follow-up activities.
Support administration of the Compliance and Ethics Storefront by uploading key materials, such as compliance materials and job aids.
Metrics and Reporting
Collect and maintain compliance program data to support compliance data analytics and the development of dashboards, KPIs, and KRIs.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
Other duties:
Act as information steward for department SharePoint, ensuring integrity of folder structure, department knowledge capital is uploaded, secured, and retained for the appropriate retention period.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Provide program support as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Foundational understanding of compliance and ethics frameworks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Experience:
Analyst: 3-5 yrs of compliance experience required
Senior Analyst: 5+ compliance experience required
Energy/regulated industry experience a plus.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to join our Project Services team, supporting initiatives that enhance project execution and operational efficiency. This role will focus on data analysis, process mapping, project reporting, and minor improvement initiatives to drive better decision-making and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and visualize project performance data.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.
Process Mapping & Improvement
Document current workflows and identify bottlenecks.
Create process maps using Visio or like applications.
Recommend improvements for efficiency and standardization.
Project Support
Assist in preparing scopes of work and project documentation.
Support minor initiatives related to project execution and compliance.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in process improvement workshops.
Contribute ideas for automation and optimization.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint
Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
