The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, security and lifecycle management of CVR Energy enterprise and SCADA network infrastructure across multiple datacenters and remote plant sites. This role requires deep expertise in Cisco based routing and switching, firewall administration, SCADA segmentation, and enterprise / industrial connectivity over LTE, VSAT, and private WAN circuits. The Network Engineer will support modernization efforts, including hardware refresh, vulnerability remediation, and secure network separation between corporation IT and SCADA environments. The role requires a balance of technical knowledge, hands-on configuration skills, ability to coordinate with, and ability to create structured network documentation. The pipeline Gas Controller/Senior Controller is responsible for safely operating and monitoring Cheniere gas transmission pipeline systems via the pipeline Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system while ensuring that nominated volumes are transported in accordance with transportation agreements on a 24/7 basis. The Gas Controller is the main contact for all interconnecting third party operational entities and is the liaison between the Creole Trail Pipeline (CTPL) and Cheniere LNG regasification/liquefaction terminal. The gas controller is responsible for recognizing and reacting to abnormal operations on the pipeline system and is responsible for initiating response to maintain safe operations. The Analyst, Environmental and Regulatory Projects will advise on federal agency requirements and industry standards relevant to the permitting, construction and operation of Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) facilities. Under general supervision, the Analyst will support permitting tasks related to capital development projects, including all phases of the FERC regulatory process, environmental permitting, and regulatory support of LNG and pipeline projects in the development and construction phases. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES The Analyst will work to support the Environmental and Regulatory Department's overall mission of permitting new projects and expansions, providing compliance support, and evaluating regulatory changes across a wide range of regulatory programs, including but not limited to such programs developed under the NGA, NEPA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, PHMSA and the Pipeline Safety Laws. The Analyst will support the broader team's efforts under FERC's NGA and NEPA process for jurisdictional projects and activities, including preparing and reviewing technical reports, oversight and review of hazards analysis, and progressing siting requirements for LNG facilities.
