Qualifications: Required: 1+ years of experience in prescriptive and descriptive analytics, statistics, or a related field, with a proven ability to effectively conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas) with 2+ years of professional experience. Strong statistical and analytical background with hands-on experience in experimental design and ROI analysis. Skilled in exploring various data sources and systems to diagnose the root causes and be able to provide effective solution which may include machine learning or statistical methods. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities which leverages statical and machine learning methods. Solid SQL, Pyspark and Python coding skills are essential. Experience in the PBM industry and/or management consulting is a plus. Proficiency in Tableau is advantageous. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field is required.
