Vice President & General Manager of Honeywell International, holding eight increasingly responsible positions including VP & General Manager, Performance Products; Global Business Director, Fluorocarbons; Global Business Director, Specialty Additives; and Director of Business Development, Performance Chemicals. The overall business grew to $700 million a year in sales and 5,000 employees. I am always hands-on, results oriented, highly driven with track record of utilizing innovative thinking to achieve challenging goals and objectives. Excellent negotiator that has led the acquisition of 15 companies and arranged and negotiated of all aspects of over $750 million in senior bank facilities in support of acquisitions and refinancing. Led the road shows and raised over $200 million of public and private mezzanine financing and over $100MM in private and public equities. I have invested in and run a diverse group of companies including the corporate fiance group for GE Capital in NYC, an aviation parts distribution and manufacturing company for both the military and civilian markets, body armor, medical (diabetic supply), printing, and internet marketing and lead generation and most recently a specialty chemical business focused on chem-luminescence, pharmaceuticals, and advanced polymers.
