Josh Siegel is the Chief Financial Officer of CyberArk. With more than twenty years of financial experience in both public and private global organizations, Siegel has led company public and private offerings, capital restructurings and varied commercial transactions across hi-tech and the financial sectors.

Bitan Chen is a Gen Mgr:Israel/Chief Product Officer at CyberArk Software. He has worked as Gen Mgr:EMEA at CyberArk Software, Head:Research & Dev at CyberArk Software, and Project Manager at AMDOCS SOFTWARE SYSTEMS LIMITED. Bitan studied at Bar-Ilan University.

Clarence Hinton is Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Corporate Development at CyberArk. He is responsible for formulating, assessing and executing strategic growth initiatives.

Matt Cohen is Chief Operating Officer at CyberArk. Cohen is responsible for driving the company’s worldwide sales strategy including leading the global sales organization, delivering high levels of customer value, driving sustainable growth and helping scale the organization.

Shahar Layani are a Chief Customer Officer at CyberArk Software.

Sigalit Shavit is Chief Information Technology Officer at CyberArk. She is responsible for providing and managing the information technology and security infrastructure that enables CyberArk’s business objectives.

Ruth Shaked is the Vice President of Human Resources at CyberArk. She is responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation programs, succession planning, employee relations and welfare. She brings more than 20 years of global human resource management experience to CyberArk. Prior to joining CyberArk, Shaked was the Vice President, Global Human Resources at MediaMind, a technology company providing a platform for digital advertising solutions. She was part of the management team which led the company through both a successful IPO and an acquisition. In addition to MediaMind, she spent four years as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Lumenis, a laser medical device company with over 1,000 employees worldwide. Shaked holds a B.A. in American History from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York.
