Key Responsibilities

Assure incoming materials are within all brewery quality specifications and documentation is maintained for all materials.
Back flush packaging materials against finished production orders.
Work with Planning, Brewing, Packaging and the Warehouse to ensure that all materials needed for upcoming production runs are in-house (from South Warehouse, Nexus, Orefield, etc.)
Liaison with Operations and Finance on development of all RFIA requests and destructions with regard to disposition of obsolete/unused materials. Serve as resource for all inventory process concerns including TTB audits.
Develop and maintain inventory and receiving SOPs as well as making recommendations and striving to continuously improve the process. Develop and report against internal KPIs for inventory accuracy and adjustments.
Create or adjust purchase orders in SAP to correct incoming discrepancies based on variance in weight or quantity.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and make recommendations to process
