As Cyient's Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, Karthikeyan (Karthik) Natarajan manages global operations and plays a key role in driving the company's transformation from a services to a solutions provider. He leads the Go-to-Market, including sales and marketing and delivery transformation efforts across major industries along with digital solutions and design-led manufacturing (DLM). With over 28 years of experience in the engineering and technology domain, Karthik brings a strong focus on product development, R&D, and engineering strategies for global organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. He also serves as a Chair of the Engineering R&D Council and is part of the Executive Council at NASSCOM.

NJ Joseph heads Cyient’s corporate strategy function to develop and execute the organization’s “services to solutions” growth and investment strategies. He is also the Managing Director and CEO of Cyient Solutions and Systems-a joint venture with BlueBird Aero Systems delivering UAV solutions for the Indian defense sector. A leader with wide ranging experience at Cyient since 1998, Joseph has held many senior positions and has played an active role in the company's acquisition and integration of businesses in the US, Europe, and India. Joseph is an alumnus of the University of Kerala.

Pallavi Katiyar is the Chief Information and Technology Officer at Cyient. She is spearheading Cyient’s digital transformation journey and driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies in IT applications, infrastructure, data, analytics, and cybersecurity. She is also leading Cyient’s process transformation initiative, working closely with the leadership to leverage technology to address real business problems, make processes more efficient, and unlock growth potential. Pallavi brings with her over 20 years of experience and has held several leadership roles in global organizations prior to joining Cyient. She has been instrumental in delivering multiple complex, transformational assignments in various multi-nationals spanning geographies. Pallavi is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Lucknow and has also completed executive programs from Yale University.

PNSV Narasimham, or Nam as he is known to his colleagues, heads global human resources at Cyient, and is responsible for talent acquisition, management, and people development processes across Cyient's businesses. In his career journey spanning three decades, Nam has established, scaled, and stabilized HR functions in global organizations across the manufacturing, service, and technology sectors. He is actively involved in several advisory groups of industry, educational institutions, and government, and is an active researcher and teacher in the sociology of work. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and a PhD from the University of Bristol.
