Pros of working at Cypress Creek Renewables

Higher ups have recently hired a lot of expensive C suite people that go on expensive retreats. It seems like upper management gets to travel all the time and the lower rungs are not even considered. Cypress has really been struggling the past two years and is now selling part of their business to stay afloat. They lowered the 401k match from 10 to 5% and gave no raises to those making over 100k in 2024. Great company mission, but there are so few technical people working there it feels more like a bank now.
