Since becoming ADI’s president in 2012 and CEO in 2013, Mr. Roche has been instrumental in growing the organization’s market leadership in the high-performance analog sector through a strong customer-centric focus and unyielding commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. Mr. Roche was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, taking responsibility for all R&D, sales, marketing and business development and in May 2013, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Roche serves on the Board of Directors of Acacia Communications, Inc., a leading developer of high-speed coherent optical interconnect products that transform communications networks through improvements in performance and capacity and a reduction in associated costs. Mr. Roche earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Limerick in Ireland.

John Forsyth became chief executive officer in January 2021. Forsyth, who was named president of Cirrus Logic in January 2020, joined Cirrus Logic in 2014 through the acquisition of Wolfson Microelectronics. Previously, Forsyth served as chief strategy officer, responsible for driving Cirrus Logic’s product strategy, as well as vice president of Marketing, responsible for building and leading Cirrus Logic’s team focusing on voice biometrics. Forsyth began his career working in handheld device development for Psion in London and has more than 20 years’ experience in embedded technology. Prior to joining Wolfson in 2012, Forsyth had led product development and strategy in several technology companies, including serving as chief technical officer of the Symbian Foundation and as vice president of strategy at Symbian Software. Forsyth graduated from the University of Glasgow in Scotland in 1995.

Michael D. Slessor has served as the Chief Executive Officer of FormFactor, Inc. since December 2014, and as a Director since October 2013. Mike served as President from October 2013 to December 27, 2014, and as Senior Vice President and General Manager, MicroProbe Product Group from October 2012 to October 2013. Before joining FormFactor, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MicroProbe from July 2008 through the October 2012 closing of FormFactor’s acquisition of MicroProbe. In November 2011, he was named executive vice president and chief operating officer of Agilent Technologies. The following year, in November 2012, he was promoted to president and chief operating officer. When Agilent announced the separation of its electronic measurement business in 2013, Nersesian was appointed Keysight president and CEO and led the launch of the new company. Keysight became a public, independent company in November 2014. Nersesian was appointed chairman of Keysight in 2019. Nersesian began his career in 1982 with Computer Sciences Corporation as a systems engineer for satellite communications systems. In 1984, he joined Hewlett-Packard and served in a range of management roles during his tenure. In 1996, Nersesian joined another industry player as vice president of worldwide marketing. He subsequently assumed other senior management roles through 2002, including senior vice president and general manager of the company's digital storage oscilloscope business. Nersesian joined Agilent Technologies in 2002 as vice president and general manager of the company's Design Validation Division. In 2005, he was named vice president and general manager of the company's Wireless Business Unit and manager of Agilent's Santa Rosa, California site. In 2009 Nersesian was named president of Agilent's Electronic Measurement Group. Nersesian holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. He also serves as an independent director on the Board of Directors of Trimble Inc. and as a member of Georgia Tech's Advisory Board.
