CyraCom was founded in 1995 and has become a leading provider of phone interpretation services.
In business since 1995, CyraCom services thousands of healthcare clients throughout the US, including many Fortune 500 healthcare providers – hospitals, systems, and insurers.
It started small in 1995 with a dual-handset telephone patent: a technology that encouraged face-to-face communication while using a remote interpreter.
Originally called Kevmark until 1998, CyraCom International, Inc. patents a dual-handset telephone, a technology that encouraged face-to-face communication while using a remote interpreter.
In 2008, Jeremy Woan joined the company.
CyraCom is the first phone interpretation company in the US to receive an ISO 9001:2008 certification.
2009 CyraCom adds the Tucson Contact Center to its network of US interpreter centers.
2012 CyraCom adds the Phoenix contact center to its network of US interpreter centers.
2013 CyraCom wins awards for its video interpretation service, operational excellence, and job creation.
2014 CyraCom opens contact centers in Houston and downtown Tucson; it hosts its first Healthcare Language Services User Summit.
American Business Awards also named Jeremy Woan Gold Executive of the Year in the Business Services category in 2015.
