The Global Service Desk (GSD) supports customers by ensuring system availability, performance, and a great service experience. Core responsibilities include: 1. Maintaining service availability and customer satisfaction. 2. Troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating alerts and incidents. 3. Coordinating the Incident Management process. 4. Serve as a central resource to help customers and internal teams find answers, solutions, or the right point of contact. Identify and recommend process improvements. The ability to work holidays and/or weekends is mandatory. Provide coverage for team PTO when needed. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. The Data Center Interior Design Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for leading and managing consistent implementation of QTS Corporate Interior Standards across multiple projects while overseeing overall management of Interior Design Project Managers and be a resource to help further develop management skills. The Supervisor, Critical Operations is responsible for the supervision, tactical execution, installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing/piping equipment, machinery, and controls located in the interior and exterior of the building. The Substation Engineer will support the overall design and execution of QTS utility infrastructure. This role will support the delivery of utility capacity at each campus for data center substation and utility build projects. The Electrical Commissioning Engineer L3 is responsible for but not limited to Level 3, 4 and 5 commissioning of base building systems and components of a Data Center environment.
