POSITION SUMMARY: A Supports Coordinator provides family-focused services to children with developmental disabilities for the purpose of assisting the child in building on their strengths and helping the family to remain safely together in the family home. The Supports Coordinator will work in an environment convenient to the child and family to assist with linking, monitoring, and coordinating services.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide support and resources to families and children diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
Able to meet clients and their families in non-traditional settings, (i.e. client's home or public place that can accommodate privacy) during hours that meet the family's needs.
Participate in at least bi-weekly supervision at minimum and participate in bi-weekly team meetings.
To effectively coordinate, educate and train family members and support systems on individual needs of each child.
Demonstrate self-care strategies and model healthy coping mechanisms when exposed to emotionally challenging circumstances
To monitor individuals for their progress on goals as well as to provide additional support and/or resources.
Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and linguistic differences in all interactions with youth and families.
Work skillfully and tactfully with other people significant to the client including families, schools, doctors, and other systems within the client's life.
Support families in navigating systems that may not reflect their cultural values, advocating for culturally responsive care.
Acts as a cultural bridge between youth, families and community groups from different backgrounds.
Maintain program compliance in timeliness of services and required paperwork completion.
Provide crisis intervention and on-call response services as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain coordination for treatment planning with multiple services providers.
Supervision Received: Specific Direction - Follows established work procedures. Receives periodic checks for performance. Refers unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education requirements include a 4-year degree in a human services field.
One year's experience working with people who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability preferred.
Possess a knowledge of community resources and support for children and families, and the skills necessary to facilitate and encourage positive change towards treatment goals.
Valid driver's license, good driving record and adequate insurance with a car available always.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, electronic record systems and other software programs.
The ability to articulate ideas and prepare written reports and correspondence that are of a high professional standard, are grammatically correct and are timely.
Ability to collaborate with school, department of health & human service, behavioral health and medical health personnel.
Maintain knowledge of and follow the code of ethics for your profession and agree to abide by the related agency policies.
Ability to be self-directed and autonomous while also operating as an interdisciplinary.
The ability to work with a variety of clients and staff of differing socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.

The Youth Development Specialist (YDS) is responsible for ensuring children receiving residential services are physically and emotionally safe while receiving support, empathy, feedback and direction. POSITION SUMMARY
The Behavioral Health Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight to therapists delivering services across multiple settings, including school-based mental health through Kent School Services Network (KSSN), home or community-based services via Network180's CCBHC model, and the D.A. Blodgett - St. John's residential campus. This role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and families by guiding clinicians in assessment, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, and effective linkage to community resources. The supervisor supports programming that addresses a wide range of behavioral health needs-such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, aggression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges-and promotes strong collaboration with schools, residential teams, and community partners.
In addition to direct supervision, the Behavioral Health Supervisor maintains responsibility for monitoring caseloads, outcomes, and contractual requirements across service lines, ensuring consistent practice standards and efficient program operations. The position provides coaching, reflective supervision, and professional development to therapists; oversees data collection and reporting; and helps strengthen integrated care pathways for youth receiving services through Child Welfare, Residential, and community programs.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Clinical Program Manager in the hiring of new staff assigned to the team
Employ an ongoing process which evaluates the functioning, needs and effectiveness of assigned staff members on at least a quarterly basis.
Support the TF-CBT service by providing guidance to model adherence for staff in training and staff who have completed model training.
Formally evaluate new staff after three months and all staff on an annual basis in conjunction with the Clinical Program Manager.
Maintain school building relationships with principals and key school personnel.
Maintain relationships with Kent School Services Network key personnel.
Conduct individual supervision as needed to target clinician competency needs and to remove individual barriers to effective implementation of outpatient treatment.
Assure appropriate documentation of clinical effort to allow for peer and supervisory input, and to meet all reporting and communication needs of funding and referral sources.
Provide supportive and corrective feedback to clinicians to promote client outcomes.
Provide administrative support targeting systemic barriers to treatment success.
Assure availability of clinical and administrative support to clinicians be available 24 hours/day 7 days/week during on-call supervisor rotation
Promote staff wellness by encouraging use of agency wellness resources, Sanctuary tools, peer support and reflective supervision practices.
Assure therapist accessibility to clients when needed at times most likely to promote engagement.
Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and linguistic differences in all interactions.
Assure that clinicians achieve engagement with all key participants.
Provide direct clinical training to assure clinician competency in all clinical areas relating to the implementation of outpatient interventions.
Assure that all assessments are comprehensive, multi-systemic, and strength-based, trauma informed, culturally informed and provide adequate information to determine the causes and correlates of referral behavior to direct effective treatment with the ecological context.
Monitor the functioning of clinicians within and take responsibility for seeing that social worker's records, reports, etc., are submitted on a timely and thorough basis.
Assist in the case record review process of our agency's continuous quality improvement program.
Help maintain the Network 180 contracts by achieving stated evaluation goals and objectives on an annual basis. Coordinate with the Clinical Program Manager in meeting the annual program goals and objectives.
Ensure that services provided are in keeping with the agency's high standards, rules and procedures, and the state's licensing guidelines.
Review and approve for distribution all reports and correspondence of clinicians.
This position may require flexibility in scheduling. We prioritize staff well-being and encourage healthy boundaries, with overtime kept to a minimum and balanced with wellness support.

POSITION SUMMARY
Kent School Services Network (KSSN) brings health and human services into the school building to serve children and families. The initiative goals are to increase support for students, families, and schools; increase access to health, mental health, and community resources; increase parent/community engagement and involvement; to promote opportunities that support student's educational, social and emotional development; and to offload the non-education issues from the principal and teachers to allow them time to focus on educating the children. The Team Clinician focuses on meeting the mental health needs of the children and families by providing in home or outpatient therapy and/or connecting families to other mental health resources that best meets their need. These issues can include depression, anxiety, child abuse effects, harming oneself, slowness in learning, eating disorders, phobias, aggression and other symptoms or difficulties in behavior and feelings. The Clinician helps children assess their issues by observing their behaviors and assessing what treatments will best benefit the child.
The KSSN Site Team Clinician provides two levels of services and acts as a Network 180 Access center to refer to others. The KSSN Site Team Clinician provides both outpatient and home-based services to clients that are referred. Group therapy is also utilized as needed. The STC may also be involved with the school's Attendance Team and Community School Leadership Team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess, counsel, educate, advocate for, and support referred children and families.
Complete all necessary Agency, CMH, and other miscellaneous paperwork requirements within deadlines per program and contract requirements.
Able to meet clients and their families in non-traditional settings, i.e. client's home, restaurant, or public places.
Reviews resources and materials for cultural relevance and accessibility for specific children and families.
Meet with clients a minimum of required contacts per month as set by contract and program requirements (Work closely with the KSSN Community School Coordinator to meet the needs of the school as deemed appropriate by school staff and supervisor.
Complete nonbillable contact hours per week in your school building per KSSN contract.
Acts as a cultural and linguistic bridge between children, families and community groups from different backgrounds.
Provides direct service to include intake, assessment, individual/family therapy, and crisis interventions to client's and provide proper and timely documentation of these services in the client record.
Manages a mixed caseload of Outpatient, Outpatient Bundle, Case Management, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (as certified), and Home-Based services and maintain monthly unit expectations for each service as deemed by contract and program requirements
Provides services both on-site at the school facility and off-site to include the client's home support network per caseload requirements as deemed by program
Maintain monthly contact with all parents/guardians of each client.
Completes initial treatment plans, treatment plan updates, treatment authorizations, quarterly reports, and discharge summaries within required deadlines.
Participate in family education, training, and support group activities when needed. Utilize a variety of treatment models, skills, and interventions that best fit a client's individual needs and/or family's needs.
Participate in required case-related activities such as school conferences and court hearings.
Advocates for children and family needs at an organizational and facility level.
Agency-related duties include required attendance at team meetings, cooperation with other departments within the Agency, timely completion of agency documents (to include expense voucher, ADP weekly time record and PTO, Outlook Calendar, etc., monthly data, etc.).
Rotate the 24 hour / seven day a week on-call cell phone on an ongoing basis with fellow Site Team Clinicians and Behavioral Health Staff. While on call:
Will cover the on-call phone Friday to Friday, 24 hours
Will be within 1 hour of Network 180
Will remain drug and alcohol free
Staff will be accessible, maintaining flexible hours, seven days a week. If staff is unavailable, they will arrange for a team member or supervisor to be available for clients
It is expected that Therapists will work at least 40 hours per week prior to requesting compensatory time
Staff members may be assigned to assist with other duties by the administration
Examples include: speeches, public relations and promotions, recruitment, special committees or task forces, or work with the agency's committees
Complete a minimum of 24 child and family focused training hours per calendar year
Other responsibilities shall include those set forth in DABSJ personnel policies as amended
Supervision Received : Specific Direction - Follows established work procedures. Receives periodic checks for performance. Refers unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education requirements are a Master's degree in social work or a related field.
Licensed to practice therapy in the state of Michigan or actively working towards licensure.
Preferred bilingual to engage in the diverse languages spoken within Kent County Schools.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the common diagnoses and treatments for school-aged children and possess the skills necessary to facilitate positive change in a school culture.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Director supports the overall leadership, management, and quality assurance of all Campus Programs. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-responsive, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive services which promote safety, healing, and skill-building for youth transitioning toward independence. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Adoptive Parent Consultant partners with adoptive parents to access support, information, community resources needed to support the lifelong wellbeing of adoptive families. Support services are provided via phone, text, direct messaging, email, video conferencing, and/or in person with families and community partners. The primary functions of this role are providing direct services including but not limited to: moderation of virtual support groups, facilitating and/or assisting parent partners and agencies to develop support groups, reflective listening and responsivity to needs presented by the adoptive parents, community outreach and collaboration, and ongoing learning to best serve adoptive families. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responds to contacts, provides support and/or resources, and follows in a timely manner.
In partnership with AFSN, cultivates inclusive and equitable working relationships with diverse groups of adoptive families, community partners, colleagues, and public and private agencies.
In partnership, organizes and hosts recruitment and retention activities that are client driven, culturally relevant, and accessible to all adoptive families.
