Make beds neatly with fresh linens. Pick up trash from floor, removes and empties trash from waste cans, cleans mirrors and shelves, wipes doorframes and furniture with damp cloth, dusts light fixtures, windowsills, and the baseboards, and arranges furniture properly.
Responsible for the hallway in front of room. Deep cleans one room daily.
Cleans bathrooms, scrubbing basin, bathtub, toilet, and tile floor with damp rag and detergent.
Disinfects surfaces in bathroom.
Replenishes supplies in rooms (glasses, stationary, soaps, shampoo, tissue, toilet paper, guest directories) and places clean towels on rack.
Vacuums each room and hallway.
Reports to the Executive Housekeeper all rooms vacated and clean, rooms occupied and clean, or any other discrepancies, or any unusual conditions of furniture or room repairs needed.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic D-BAT Trainer who will be responsible for teaching baseball and softball skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment. D-BAT has a variety of product offerings including private lessons, camps and clinics, cage rentals, and batting cage credits. Our goal through D-BAT, is to provide a quality teaching environment to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players of all skill levels on their path to reaching their goals. A successful candidate in this role is passionate about baseball and softball, provides a welcoming and engaging environment for players and parents, embodies our core values, and thrives in a fast-paced people-filled setting.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
Follow the monthly Trainer Business Plan to increase lessons and client base.
Create awesome training experiences to retain and grow your existing client base.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
Meet with the D-BAT Training Manager monthly to track month-to-date performance and forecast weekly program commitments.
Partner with D-BAT Training Manager in following- up with dropped clients to identify any trends contributing to turnover.
Participate in a specific plan to “Win Back” past clients from previous seasons.
Develop an instructional evaluation process for new and existing clients
Present Baseline Session Data to clients for effective conversion and long-term player development.
Tailor training plans to meet the needs and long-term development of the player.
Uphold our service commitment to maintain a clean and clutter-free, friendly and outgoing, well-maintained, and visually appealing environment.
Collaborate with the D-BAT Training Manager to review and develop a plan for guest and client recovery.
Model D-BAT training standards through lesson quality, goal setting, and experience reviews.
Create an active, energetic, and engaging environment with clients and teammates.
Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Collegiate or Professional baseball or softball coaching experience
Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred
Background playing baseball or softball in a college or professional setting is required
Desire to work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments, vendors, and clients.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Passion for creating an inviting and welcoming environment that aligns with D-BAT Training values.
Availability to work afternoons and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.

Role Scope and Requirements:
The Softball Training Instructor is a position that works in coordination with the mission of D-BAT. This is your chance to invest your time into developing future softball standouts. We are looking for someone who would like to make a career out of teaching softball, which includes one on one sessions, and camps & clinics to all ages.
Work with leadership and staff to obtain a list of client lessons leads and pursue those leads
Use customer flow such as batting cages, camps, and clinics to obtain individual lessons
Make yourself available for promo lessons and first time lessons that lead into long-term consistent clients
Consult with Professional Instructors and D-BAT Instructional methodology to coach in a way that is in line with D-BAT's missions and values
Follow the D-BAT instructor rebooking process to ensure client retention
Develop a specific instructional plan for each and every client
Develop an instructional evaluation process for new and potential clients
Knowledge and Experience:
College, independent, minors, or professional playing or coaching experience
Experience giving one on one lessons or coaching within a softball camp environment
Team coaching experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge on multiple technological platforms
Ability to use technology to help himself become more efficient and effective in maintaining his relationships with clients
