Pros of working at D&W Fine Pack

3 steady shifts at the moment , The comradery between most hourly production workers just to get through the day and remain sane . Everything that was good prior to D&W is extinct .

Cons of working at D&W Fine Pack

D&W Managers flood site like this and others with false positive reviews of the company . D&W is your basic Sweatshop . The Company comes first , it is not family friendly for workers . Management lacks any concern at all for and from the employees that produce the products . Document everything that looks good for or required for the company but don't practice it . Sign or be Fired . Report something negative , get shown the door out . All blame lays on the person putting bad product into a box , not the people that tell them to put it in a box . Lines run as fast as possible , they are started by people before packing stations are ready and they just walk away leaving packers to fend for themselves . Lost product becomes the fault of the packager . Benefits , that's the first place they start making cuts to make each plant more profitable and they use it as often as possible . If there is an outside the plant emergency that an employee needs to be contacted about , it's not going to happen . This company is top heavy in overpaid management and understaffed with a overworked and underpaid labor force .

D&W Fine Pack benefits

Those were all systematically removed for hourly workers when D&W acquired each Plant as part of the lean theology . It did not effect Management .
