SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator has the primary task of receiving, storing, repairing, displaying and disposing of non-cash items. The Warehouse Coordinator is directly responsible to the Thrift Store Manager. This position is eligible for overtime pay.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The person filling this position must have a high school diploma or GED. Two years experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities are given as examples of the various types of work performed in this position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
1. Receives, stores, cleans, and repairs donated items.
2. Arranges display and storage areas for maximum utilization.
3. Assists in maintaining a clean appearance of store and surrounding grounds.
4. Assists with loading and unloading items.
5. Must be familiar with the entire process of non-cash gifts and the operation of the Thrift Store.
6. Picks up and transports donated items.
7. Issues non-cash receipts to donors.
8. Assists in operating check out lanes, as needed.
9. Assists customers and donors promptly and courteously.
10. Assists in performing administrative duties, as needed.
11. Represents the Youth Ranches and Sheriffs Ranches Enterprises in a positive manner to donors, customers, and the general public and provides exceptional customer service.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
Child hygiene - diapering, bathing, dressing, etc.
Child enrichment - playtime, reading, drawing, crafts, etc.
Sleep management - child sleeps mostly through the night now; however, we are in the process of transitioning from co-sleeping back to his crib
Responsible for handwashing child's eating utensils, plates, bottles, water bottles, etc.
Responsible for the child's laundry
Responsible for keeping the nursery, eating area, play area, bath area, toys, and books clean and organized
Maintain diaper, beach, and travel bag(s) as necessary
Keep stroller(s) and outdoor toys/scooters, etc., clean and organized
Cooking and preparing fresh meals for the child (breakfast, lunch - eaten at school, dinner, snacks) daily or at most every 2nd day - note: lunch is eaten at school during weekdays
Grocery shopping for child and family as needed - Whole Foods is walking distance (
Domestic and international travel as needed with family
During downtime, assist family with light housekeeping such as keeping the kitchen/food prep area clean and organized, dishes (putting dishes into and emptying dishwasher), handwashing specific items as necessary. Note: family has a weekly housekeeper who deep cleans apartment and does laundry
Assisting with package pickup/drop-off (downstairs package room)
Requirements

Passport ready - international and domestic travel
