Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

Compensation:

Licensing:
SIE (which can be obtained without Firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will be required.
As an associate, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities (FINRA and SEC), as well as required CE training to ensure licenses remain in good standing.

Summary:

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years professional or operational experience in developing logistics support requirements and applicable documentation for a major DOD weapon systems program that employs the use of GOTS and COTS products
• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing logistics management functions involving the development of training products and embedded help/training for a major weapon, combat, and/or fire control system
• Must be detail oriented and able to effectively communicate and disseminate information verbally and in writing
• Expert knowledge of and ability with Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities:
Participate in logistics engineering working group and technical interchange meetings
Provide ILS representation at program meetings and analysis of proposed system change candidates to determine potential ILS impacts
Provide logistics engineering and operational support for the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) function through the development of source material for ILS products

Evaluate functional qualification tests for coverage of fleet operational procedures
Develop ILS Impact Statements for all new enhancements to the TTWCS

Vantage is seeking an ambitious and self-starting Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within the organization. This role is integral to ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders, playing a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of project activities.

Essential Job Functions
Project Coordination:
Assist in the day-to-day coordination of construction projects, ensuring all project activities are aligned with project goals and objectives.
Schedule and organize project meetings as required, ensuring all necessary team members and stakeholders are informed and prepared.
Play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Contract and PO Management:
Assist in the management of contracts and purchase orders (POs) for vendors engaged in various projects.
Ensure all contracts and POs are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Document Control and Compliance:
Ensure project compliance with Vantage's document control procedures and file specifications, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Monitor and ensure that all project documents are properly filed, organized, and easily accessible to team members and stakeholders.
Communication and Reporting:
Maintain open and transparent communication with project managers, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Prepare and distribute project reports as required, highlighting key milestones, risks and issues.
Additional Duties:
Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience:
Combination of education &/or proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role is required.
1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in assisting construction projects is preferred.
Contract preparation experience is preferred.
Skills:

Texas Notary Public Commission is preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Be knowledgeable of the contents of the Charles County Public Schools Extra-Curricular Handbook and adhere to and enforce all policies pertaining to athletics and organization sponsorship.
Assist head coach/sponsor with pre-season meeting.
Report directly to head coach/sponsor.
Set an example of good moral and physical behavior.
Make recommendations to the head coach for improvements, new equipment, etc.
Report to practice thirty minutes before announced practice time on non-school days.
Secure building during each practice.
Secure building after each practice and game.
Help keep coach's office clean.
Inform players of their responsibilities and enforce all rules set up by the school, county, and state.
Teach fundamentals.
Promote sportsmanship.
Check constantly for damaged property and equipment and report damage immediately to the proper authority.
Make sure all players fulfill the eligibility requirements of Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association and the Charles County Board of Education.
Provide the athletic director/principal with all pertinent certifications required by the MPSSAA and Charles County Public Schools.
Supervise every minute of every practice/activity.
Assume responsibility for conduct and well-being of every player/student on trips.
Delegate duties to student managers but retain responsibility for their action.
Conduct self- and team to be a credit to the school and the community.
Attend all varsity games and assist head coach or scout for the varsity.
