Develop and approve safety training programs and coaching methods for all employees, conduct training sessions on various safety and quality topics for employees at all organizational levels. Analyze data, compile reports, verify accuracy, and deliver regular safety metric status updates and insights to leadership of all levels, highlighting areas for improvement and progress. Investigate and improve functional best practices in safety management to maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Promote continuous improvement platforms, such as quality programs, to enhance overall organizational excellence. Develop and implement cultural safety promotional events and activities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to interpret and apply OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI standards to Daifuku operations. Ability to pass all necessary background checks. Valid driver's license with insurability under the employer's insurance policy. Hybrid working arrangement includes office, home, and on-site support.
