TIA Applications (Initial, Modify, Expand, Renew) ? TIA Data Submission Process ? TIA Implementation (Calibration, Teacher Eligibility and Assessments) Coordinate with other ESC TIA staff in planning and implementing services Support ESC Talent Initiatives Collaborate with other Talent Initiatives to ensure alignment with EDF (such as Teacher Residencies, Strategic Staffing, and Texas Strategic Leadership - TSL) Develop district communications with TIA schools and keep communications up-to-date Analyze program evaluation data and conduct a comprehensive needs assessment for ongoing program planning and improvement Ensure TIA grant compliance by collaborating with LEAs, the ESC and the TEA Collaborate with TIA Rural Cohort Provide support as needed to LEAs participating in the TIA Rural Cohort Work collaboratively with ESC staff to provide consistent instructional and leadership supports Provide on-site visits to LEAs as needed Other duties as assigned by supervisor SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS: Additional projects as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Up to 226 working days This is an at-will employment position. In the event of an economic slump, a reduction-in-force may be necessary. Employees will be notified in writing.
