This position (under general supervision) will prepare, post, and reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets and invoices. Investigate over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets. Mark off tickets and load sheets against control documents. Check information uploaded from technology devices and correct problems as needed. Assist PC system input and reports. Responsibilities also include, but not limited to: Prepare, post, and reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets and invoices. Investigate over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets. Audit/review driver paperwork for return to stock and product dumps. Investigate variances on all routes that impact product shrink including all return-to-cooler variances. Verify tickets and load sheets against control sheet(s). Check information uploaded from handheld scanners and other technology devices and correct issues. Monitor completeness of route settlement documentation. Complete route variance analysis (daily, weekly, monthly.) Coordinate between Distribution, Cooler, and Route Settlement departments on missing paperwork, product returns and product dumps. Problem solves and reviews for errors for customer invoicing. Analyze route discrepancies and communicate with Distribution Sup/Mrgs as needed. Support and cross train to relieve other employees at facility for vacation or sick coverage. Other duties as assigned. Summary This position exists to ensure efficient operation of all boiler and refrigeration equipment in the plant. This includes maintenance, sanitation, troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical components. The individual in this position will be required to fully understand the purpose and operation of the boiler and refrigeration areas throughout the plant and have the ability to make decisions based on sound judgment when a situation dictates. Key Responsibilities Diagnoses, troubleshoots, overhauls and repairs equipment in the boiler and refrigeration and all other utility systems to minimize downtime. Observes and tests system operation using gauges and instruments Comfortable with control panel interface screens and HMI's, and knows how to react to alarms and items that need attention from the control system Tests lines, components, and connections for leaks. Performs boiler feed water, condensate and cooling tower water analysis and makes necessary adjustments to maintain desirable results. Monitors the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO). Maintains the DAFT (Dissolved Air Flotation for oil skimming) Responsible for fryer and dryer exhaust systems, compressed air system, domestic water, hot water, air handlers, glycol systems and cleaning chemical distribution systems. Keeps records of repairs and replacements made and causes of malfunctions. Fully understands and complies with PSM program. Performs welding for repair and fabrication as required. Performs preventative maintenance on all boiler, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment throughout the facility. Maintains all shop inventories, including but not limited to: critical spare parts, consumables, tools. Creates, performs and completes work orders in the computerized maintenance management system as assigned or as needed, prepares kitting when necessary, and plans and schedules additional work as needed. Identifies parts needed for work to be done, conducts inventory searches and locates parts. Documents, monitors, maintains, and assists with reporting of shift events, logging Predictive Maintenance data and assists with work planning utilizing information systems and productivity software Maintains Company standards for safety, quality, food safety, sanitation and GMPs. Works within safety rules and regulations in actively avoiding injury to self and others. Ensures proper food safety sanitation and cleaning procedures of all processing equipment and tools. Maintains necessary level of communication with team members and other support groups and does so in a participative management style conducive with operational goals. May assist with training other plant personnel. Ensures that additional accountabilities required by management are handled in a manner necessary to meet operational standards. Able to work under minimal supervision. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. CARO (Certified Assitant Refrigeration Operator) Certification Required. Must obtain CIRO certification (obtained from RETA) within 1 year of employment in this position. Must maintain certification throughout employment. Current CIRO certification preferred. Two years relevant experience or recognized boiler safety training required. 4 years of relevant experience and recognized boiler safety training preferred.
