The warehouse worker is responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products and/or cases, and working any station or line that is assigned. The order assembly picker/loader works anywhere in the Load-out/Cooler areas that may be assigned.
Responsible for pulling products for customer orders.
Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment (when certified).
May use hand-held tracking device
Mark the paperwork properly when making adjustments for product shortages.
Keep accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets, and computerized equipment.
Ensure proper code date rotation.
Report any mechanical problems such as bad wearstrips, plugged or missing lube nozzles, spacer stop malfunctions, palletizer malfunctions or conveyor breakdowns.
Report any product/packaging issues.
Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information.
Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area.
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives (Coldstore) within the Chill department at Muller Severnside.
The Purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys and empty trolleys across the warehouse whilst ensuring that the chill area is kept clean, tidy, and in order while handling all goods outwards.
* Contract: Full Time / Perm
* Salary: £30,302.46 per annum
* Shift Pattern: - 4 on 4 off 2x Days / 2x Nights (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)
* Location: Severnside (GL10 2DG)
Coldstore Operative Role & Responsibilities:
* Manually pack product into trolleys for despatch to the Distribution Centres
* Manually pack products into trolleys ensuring the products are fit for purpose.
* Operative shinkwraping machine
* Report defects, accidents or violations
* Transport full and empty trolleys across the chill
* Deep cleaning of equipment and trolleys
* Ensuring good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout shifts.
Coldstore Operative Experience:
* Excellent team worker
* Food manufacturing experience desirable
* Experience working in a fast paced environment.
Please note this role requires you to work within a chilled environment however all PPE including Hi- Vis coat is provided.

**Summary**
Perdue AgriBusiness has an opportunity for a **Grain Operator** at our facility located in **Church Hill, MD** . This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties supporting our grain operations.
This position has a target wage of $15.60 - $23.40 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Operates equipment and maintains facilities involved in the handling, storage and drying of grain and other products
+ Maintains proper set-up, inspection and calibration of grain testing and weighing equipment per requirements and procedures
+ Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment within the facility
+ Obtains, prepares, tests and grade grain samples from inbound and outbound shipments
+ Responds to customers regarding account information
+ Provides weighing of inbound and outbound grain shipments per requirements and procedures
+ Performs all work within the safety and environmental guidelines established by local, state, and federal agencies and company policies
**Minimum Education**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
**Experience Requirements**
+ 0 -2 years of related experience
+ Reading, writing and analytical skills
+ Farming experience and experience operating equipment are a plus; not required
**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
Able to move freely throughout the agribusiness facilities including climbing vertical heights (0 -150'), carrying tools and equipment (0-50 lbs.), exposure temperatures (0-100) degrees Fahrenheit, humidity (0-100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available). Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus. Required to travel to remote agribusiness facilities and customer locations.

The warehouse worker is responsible for picking orders, palletizing, loading and unloading products and/or cases, and working any station or line that is assigned. The order assembly picker/loader works anywhere in the Load-out/Cooler areas that may be assigned.
Responsible for pulling products for customer orders.
Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment (when certified).
May use hand-held tracking device
Mark the paperwork properly when making adjustments for product shortages.
Keep accurate records on load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets, and computerized equipment.
Ensure proper code date rotation.
Report any mechanical problems such as bad wearstrips, plugged or missing lube nozzles, spacer stop malfunctions, palletizer malfunctions or conveyor breakdowns.
Report any product/packaging issues.
Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information.
Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area.
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
