Communicate any needed routing changes to the manager. * Responsible for handling merchandise in a safe and efficient manner. * Unload products from delivery truck and place product as the customer desires. * Provide efficient, accurate and productive service to the customer. * Perform backhauls, airport pickups, etc. as needed. * Ensure all necessary delivery paperwork is completed accurately and in full. Complete credit/debit documentation accurately. * Return all shipping documents, return product and credit documentation to designated area on completion of deliveries. * Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to manager. * Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company-customer relationship as it applies to the scope of the job function. * Address and/or communicate customer issues and requests promptly to the appropriate individuals to facilitate resolution. * Represent the company positively in all customer interactions. * Perform all other duties, as may be assigned. 2.
