General Purpose Provide leadership to warehouse/cooler supervisors and employees and manage all daily operational activities to maximize productivity and efficiency. This operator will be responsible for operating the Sidel Filling Machine. Equipment changeover, cleaning and tuning the equipment as required, and testing the product and packaging to meet the tolerance standards for the industry. This position requires diligence and the initiative to learn the equipment. The person needs to be dependable, intelligent and mechanically adept. Record keeping is involved. Requires long periods of standing, sitting, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Will be required to help with maintenance on occasion. Must have a general knowledge of computers, and willingness to help out in a fast paced production setting. This person must be self motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible as to their schedule. Must be honest and hard working. There will be a drug test, physical and background check. This job requires someone that can understand, be able to follow, and fill out paperwork properly. They will have to be able to operate both stand up and sit-down style of electrical forklifts (after being trained on them). This job requires that the person be able to lift 50 pounds. They will have to be able to operate a yard truck moving trailers in and out of doors (after being trained). They will have computer knowledge. They need to be a self-motivated and self-starting individual. There are times that this individual will be in racks high off the ground, so they must be able to do work while at heights.
