Assist in maintaining an adequate and orderly electrical spare parts and equipment inventory. 9. Assist in maintaining electrical test and safety equipment in proper operating order. 10. Other duties historically performed by this classification and other related or comparable duties as assigned. **Your Experience and Expertise:** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** Education & Experience: (Internal Candidates) - Must have completed a state-approved Substation apprenticeship program or possess comparable education and work experience; (External Candidates) - Associate degree in Electrical, Industrial Electronics or a directly related electric utility field required plus three years related experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. Skills: Safe working knowledge of utility systems (substation, generation, and transmission), electric systems, electrical clearances for the voltages encountered, circuits, one-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, electric test instruments, interpretation of maintenance/test results and communication systems. Operate high voltage disconnect switches inside substations and on the transmission and distribution system. Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and associated drawings or diagrams. Mathematical aptitude and good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with the use of personal computers and other electronic devices is necessary. Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license. DOT qualified (or become qualified within 45 days). Must be able to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver's License with a tanker endorsement within 6 months of being hired. The Treasury Manager is responsible for both strategic and day to day treasury functions, combining tactical treasury operations with strategic oversight of liquidity, capital structure, financial risk management, and long term planning.
