Starting Wage: $20/hour plus benefits with option to have on-demand daily pay
Schedule: We are hiring for the following shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm evening shift . We offer a variety of full-time shift options-8-hour shifts, compressed work weeks of 10 and 12-hour shifts, and split shifts. Must work every other weekend. If part-time is better for you, we can discuss a flexible schedule including 4-6 hour shifts; 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts; and split shifts. The Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is a residential treatment and educational center for youth and their families, a place where we look the most troubled, complex and amazing kids in the eye, walk with them and help them become their best selves. Because the Ranch helps the kids that no one else can, we provide unparalleled care, expertise, and presence to keep today's troubled kids from becoming tomorrow's troubled adults.
The Ranch is currently accepting applications for internship opportunities for the 2026 Summer semester on our Minot Campus.
Under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Work, an intern actively engages with youth, families, internal, and external resources to ensure the needs and goals of the youths are met. The Social Work Intern contributes to the treatment planning process for 8-10 families by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and maintain individual treatment plans.
The ideal candidate MUST:

The Ranch embraces a strong culture of learning and supports Social Work Interns in the process of gaining experience and skills to obtain licensure within their field.
This position requires a student be actively enrolled in a BSW program. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am -5pm.
