Responsible for performing the tasks associated with the daily maintenance of the golf course, associated grounds, and project implementation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

About the Role:
The Bag Filler plays a crucial role in the production and packaging process by ensuring that products are accurately and efficiently filled into bags for distribution. This position requires attention to detail to maintain product quality and consistency while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. The Bag Filler collaborates closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and supports inventory management by accurately recording filled quantities. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to operate filling machinery or manual filling processes with precision. Ultimately, the Bag Filler contributes to the smooth operation of the supply chain by preparing products for shipment in a timely and organized manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods and must be able to climb stairs to access the work area.
Basic numeracy skills to measure and verify product quantities.
Attention to detail to ensure product quality and accurate filling.
Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating automated filling machinery.
Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor bag filling machines or manually fill bags with designated products according to specified weights and standards.
