Cons of working at Dallas Observer

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS EMPLOYER!!! They lay off/let go of employees without any warning. If they feel like firing someone today, your position May be cut. The buffoons in senior management don't know the first thing about being a good leader. Jennifer Robinson and Ashely Morgan will talk about you behind your back if the feel like you don't fit into their little "clique"What is this, high school? If you have a problem with someone, talk to them about it like an adult. There is NO feedback process here whatsoever, meaning that it's nearly impossible to get a raise here. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid this place. They will just waste your time and pretend to care about you when you are just a another number to them.
