The Lease Accountant will be critical in maintaining compliance for 842 checklists/testing on determining operating vs. finance leases. This person will also be helping out with legal and tax accruals, validating the coding and booking them, potentially some cash management, and assisting with various ad hoc corporate accounting duties. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile the lease accounting system, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all lease data (real estate, equipment, vehicles, etc.).
